Eric Gengler is an experienced engineering professional with expertise in leadership and project management within the heavy machinery sector. Currently serving as an Engineering Team Lead at CNH Industrial since October 2018, Eric has also held multiple key positions at Caterpillar, including Relocation Team Leader and Electrical Engineer, where significant contributions include the establishment of Engineering Test Lab relocation strategies and the oversight of innovative control systems leading to multiple patents. With a background that encompasses roles such as Sr. Engineering Project Team Leader and Engineering Test Lab Manager, Eric has demonstrated a strong ability to enhance operational efficiency and drive complex engineering projects, backed by a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from South Dakota State University and an MBA from Bradley University.
