Gaurav Joshi

Gaurav Joshi is an experienced professional in supply chain management and purchasing, currently serving as the Head of Global Advance Purchasing for CE Light Equipment Platforms at CNH Industrial since August 2011. Joshi has a solid background in strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management, and budget management, having held previous roles such as Global Product Purchasing Manager and Senior Commodity Buyer, where responsibilities included overseeing hydraulic pumps and driveline commodities for agriculture and construction equipment in North America. Prior to CNH Industrial, Joshi worked as an Assistant Manager in Supply Chain Management at Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd., where contributions included purchasing vehicle assembly parts and designing supply chains for a Greenfield project. Joshi holds a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University at Buffalo and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Government College of Engineering Aurangabad.
