Gerrit Marx is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various companies in the automotive and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as CEO at CNH since July 2024, Gerrit previously held CEO positions at Iveco Group and IVECO, alongside significant roles at Nikola Motor Company and CNH Industrial, where contributions spanned from commercial vehicle leadership to board directives. Prior to these positions, Gerrit showcased expertise in strategic transformations and value creation at Bain Capital and held interim leadership roles at Wittur Group and Apex Tool Group. Gerrit's prior tenure at Daimler AG included pivotal leadership positions in China, where foundational projects for automotive partnerships were established. Gerrit holds advanced degrees in Business Administration and Mechanical Engineering from RWTH Aachen University and the University of Cologne.
