Hayley Adolphson

Hayley Adolphson is an experienced HR professional currently serving as HR Manager at CNH since May 2025. Prior to this role, Hayley held the position of Human Resources Director at the Catholic Diocese of Peoria, where leadership included supporting over 3,000 employees across 26 counties. Hayley's extensive background at Caterpillar Inc. spanned more than a decade, including roles such as Strategic HR Business Partner for Earthmoving Product Groups and HR Manager focused on Talent Management.
