Joe Boufford

Joe Boufford, MPS, currently serves as Product Manager - Construction at CNH since October 2017, where the focus is on delivering customer-driven products through new product development and supporting marketing initiatives. Previously, Joe held various roles at New Holland Agriculture, including Product Marketing Manager and Product Marketing Specialist, focusing on sales strategies and brand competitiveness for construction equipment. Prior experience includes positions as Marketing Specialist at Readco Kurimoto, LLC, Corporate Production Manager at EIC Comfort Home, Project Manager at Handrail Design Inc, Warehouse Manager at Atomic Design Inc, Technical Director at Ephrata Performing Arts Center, and Master Electrician/Special Effects Coordinator at Delaware Theatre Company. Joe holds a Master’s Degree in Organizational Leadership and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Central Penn College, along with an Associate Degree in Business from HACC.
