Karel Pauwels

Karel Pauwels has extensive experience in the hydraulics domain at CNH Industrial, having begun as a Design Engineer for Hydraulic Systems from January 2005 to February 2012 before advancing to the role of Product System Engineer for software, electrics, and electronics on New Holland midrange conventional combines. Since February 2012, Karel has been serving as the Team Lead of the Center of Excellence for Hydraulics, overseeing the development of hydraulic systems for various agricultural machines produced in Zedelgem, including combine harvesters and square balers. Educational background includes studies at Lodewijkscollege (1990-1996), Ghent University, and KU Leuven.
