Kelly Tolbert

Kelly Tolbert is the Chief Diversity & Inclusion, Sustainability & Transformation Officer at CNH Industrial. Prior to their current role, they served as the Vice President of Global Talent, Leadership & Learning at FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles from October 2019 to April 2021. From August 2018 to April 2021, Tolbert was the Head of Global Talent at FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles. From June 2016 to August 2018, they served as the Director of Human Resources - Global Talent, HR for HR, Diversity, HR Systems & Shared Services. Tolbert began their career with FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles in February 2015 as an HR Business Partner - Mopar Service, Parts & Customer Care and Quality. In November 2013, they assumed the role of HR Business Partner - MOPAR Service & Parts, Dealer Development, Alfa Romeo/Maserati Brands. Tolbert was promoted to HR Business Partner - US & Canada Sales, Dealer Development and Dodge/Ram Brands in December 2011.

Kelly Tolbert holds a Master's Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Detroit Mercy. Kelly also holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from William Tyndale College.
