Leandro Lecheta

Leandro Lecheta serves as the Head of Construction Equipment Segment for North America and President at CNH Industrial, overseeing CASE Construction Equipment and New Holland Construction Equipment, along with the Aftermarket Solutions business. With a career spanning over two decades, Leandro has held various leadership roles within CNH Industrial, including Chief Financial Officer for the Agriculture Equipment Segment and North American Chief Operating Officer. Prior to this, Leandro served as Latin America CFO at Case New Holland and Alltech, and held auditing positions at Deloitte and Arthur Andersen. Leandro holds an MBA in Accounting and Finance from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Universidade Federal do Paraná. Several advanced leadership training programs have also contributed to Leandro's development.
