Luisa Fenoglio

Luisa Fenoglio is an experienced finance executive with a strong career in manufacturing and industrial finance management. Currently serving as the Finance Executive - ESG Controller and CFO EMEA Agriculture at CNH, Luisa has held several leadership roles including Head of Supply Chain Control and Purchasing Control, overseeing a substantial annual purchased value of $8.2 billion and managing a team of 20 people. Prior to CNH, Luisa worked at Iveco as Manufacturing Finance Manager, where responsibilities included coordinating plant controllers and managing transformation costs of $1 billion. Earlier experience includes roles at FPT Industrial and FPT plants, focusing on industrial control and finance within manufacturing environments. Luisa holds a Laurea degree in Economia Aziendale from Facoltà di Economia - Torino.
