Monte Dekam

Monte DeKam is a skilled professional with extensive experience in engineering and management. Currently serving as Precision Solutions Technical Product Manager at CNH Industrial since May 2016, Monte has held roles including ISOBUS Systems Engineer and Planter Design Engineer. Prior experience includes a role as Lab Systems Engineer at Dordt College, focused on instructing labs and conducting research, and a construction team member at Next Step Ministries, where Monte led construction projects and mission trips.
