Rachael Shaw

Rachael Shaw is a UX Designer at CNH Industrial since September 2022, focusing on developing advanced cloud tools for farmers to access and analyze machine and field data. Rachael collaborates with various teams to enhance UX practices within the company's cloud sector. Previously, Rachael served as an Administrative Assistant at Earle School District from August 2020 to June 2022, providing essential support to the superintendent and managing daily administrative tasks. Rachael also worked as a Graphic Designer and Intern at Beacon FanGear Ink from November 2018 to June 2020, where design skills were applied to create client-focused, print-ready materials using Adobe Creative Suite. Rachael holds a Master of Arts in UX Design and an MPS in User Experience Design from the Maryland Institute College of Art, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design from Arkansas Tech University.
