Shikha Kulshreshtha

Shikha Kulshreshtha has extensive experience in compensation and benefits management within the APAC region, currently serving as the Regional Compensation & Benefits Head at CNH Industrial. Previously, Shikha held roles such as AMEA Compensation & Benefits Project Lead and India Compensation and Benefits Manager at the same organization. Prior to CNH Industrial, Shikha worked at DuPont as Manager HR Operations and Compensation & Benefits Specialist. Shikha holds a degree in Project, Program & Portfolio Management from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore and an earlier degree from Mahatma Jyotiba Phule Rohilkhand University.
