Stefano Nicola Carrara

Stefano Nicola Carrara is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in the agricultural machinery and automotive sectors. Currently serving as the UTILITY Global Chief Engineer for Agricultural Tractors at CNH Industrial, Stefano has been responsible for overseeing tractor programs across Europe, Turkey, India, and South America since 2011. Prior to this, Stefano held positions including CCM Chief Engineer at CNH Industrial, where responsibilities included managing vehicle performance and leading a team of engineers on cash crop medium tractor platforms. Previous roles at Trigano SPA included overseeing the Design Department and serving as After Sales Director, along with project leadership positions in both the design and technical departments. Earlier career experiences include positions at Marzocchi Suspension and Italjet Moto, with a solid educational foundation in Mechanical Engineering from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna.
