Rizwan Hamid Randhawa

Rizwan Hamid Randhawa has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Rizwan Hamid most recently worked as a Firmware Engineer at CNIguard starting in February 2022 and continuing to the present. Prior to that, from 2019 to 2022, they served as an Embedded Software Developer at semphos, where they worked on ESP32 firmware development, including communication interfaces and peripherals.

Before semphos, Rizwan worked as a Scientific Researcher at Lab-STICC (UMR CNRS 6285) for a brief period in 2017, focusing on e-health projects. Rizwan Hamid also worked as a Research Associate and Graduate Researcher at Information Technology University from 2017 to 2018, specializing in hardware security and IoT embedded development.

From 2010 to 2017, Rizwan worked at the Pakistan Space and Upper Atmosphere Research Commission (SUPARCO), initially as an Assistant Manager and later as a Manager in the field of embedded systems. Rizwan Hamid contributed to the design and development of satellite onboard data handling systems and published a paper on aerospace onboard systems.

In 2009, Rizwan worked as an Avionics Engineer at ABM SATUMA, where they gained experience in hardware design and C/C++ programming for avionics systems. Rizwan Hamid also had an internship at the Renewable Energy Research & Training Centre in Islamabad in 2008, where they focused on solar energy harvesting techniques and developed an intelligent solar tracking system.

Rizwan Hamid Randhawa has a diverse education history. Rizwan Hamid began their academic journey at Municipal Model High School (For Boys) GUJRAT, where they completed their SSC degree in Science from 1999 to 2001. Rizwan Hamid then pursued their HSSC degree in Pre-Medicine/Pre-Medical Studies at Cadet College Hasanabdal from 2001 to 2003.

Moving forward, Rizwan attended the International Islamic University, Islamabad, from 2004 to 2008, where they obtained a BS degree in Electronics Engineering. Rizwan Hamid then furthered their education at Information Technology University from 2014 to 2017 and completed their MS degree in Computer Science.

Currently, Rizwan is enrolled in a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) program in Computer Science at Northumbria University. Rizwan Hamid'sexpected completion date for the PhD is in 2023.

Aside from their formal education, Rizwan has also pursued additional certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. Rizwan Hamid has completed various courses on Coursera, such as "Structuring Machine Learning Projects" in May 2020, "Improving Deep Neural Networks: Hyperparameter tuning, Regularization and Optimization" in March 2020, and "Neural Networks and Deep Learning" in April 2019.
