Clare Sataloff

Clare Sataloff has extensive experience in operational leadership and management across various sectors. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer and Director of Operations at CNM LLP since January 2016, Clare is responsible for overseeing the operations team and implementing initiatives to foster organizational growth, alongside managing departments such as Human Resources, Accounting, IT, Scheduling, Recruiting, and Marketing. Prior to this role, Clare held multiple leadership positions at Gumbiner Savett from April 1997 to December 2015, including Director of HR/Administration and IT Operations, gaining expertise in human resources management, information technology, and operational oversight. Clare's career began at Lloyds Bank plc, where management of a commercial client portfolio provided foundational skills in relationship management and business development. Clare holds an MSc in Computation and a BSc Hons in Zoology from The University of Manchester.
