Liz Schaffer

Liz Schaffer is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in nonprofit management and financial consulting. Currently serving as a Director at BDO USA since November 2019, Liz provides transitional leadership services and financial management consulting to clients nationwide. As the Principal at Nonprofit Management Consulting since 1996, Liz has delivered training and technical assistance to Bay Area nonprofit organizations in various sectors. Previous roles include Chief Financial Officer at TNTP, Chief Operating Officer at Global Fund for Women, and Interim CEO of Women's Funding Network. Liz also has experience as a Lecturer at the University of San Francisco and has held key positions in several other organizations. Liz holds a Master of Nonprofit Administration from the University of San Francisco and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from The Wharton School.
