Charles Ramsey

Charles Ramsey is a distinguished law enforcement professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. As the Founding Partner and Principal Consultant at 21st Century Policing, LLC (21CP Solutions) since January 2016, Ramsey has contributed to global efforts to address contemporary policing challenges. In addition to this role, Ramsey serves as a Law Enforcement Analyst for CNN and holds advisory positions with the United States Conference of Mayors and the Pennsylvania Commission on Crime and Delinquency, where as Chairman, Ramsey provides leadership in collaboration across criminal justice systems. Ramsey is also a Distinguished Policy Fellow at the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School and has previously held significant roles on the National Infrastructure Advisory Council and the Homeland Security Advisory Council. Ramsey's prior leadership as Police Commissioner of the Philadelphia Police Department, combined with a Master's degree in Criminal Justice from Lewis University, underscores a career dedicated to enhancing public safety and law enforcement practices.
