David Wilkinson

David Wilkinson is an accomplished media professional with extensive experience at CNN since October 2008, where roles have included Director of Editorial Planning, Director of International Futures, and Senior Planning Editor, among others. Prior to CNN, David worked as a Digital Copy Writer at Writing Solutions and as a Freelance Broadcast Journalist for BBC and Absolute Radio. David's educational background includes a BSc (Hons) in Geography, Geoscience, and Anthropology from the University of St Andrews and an MA (Hons) with distinction in Broadcast Journalism from City St George’s, University of London. Additional training has taken place at Emory University.
