Kari B.

Kari B. currently serves as Senior Director of Talent Negotiations at CNN, with experience in talent negotiations beginning in February 2021. Previously, Kari held the position of Director of Talent Negotiations at CNN and served as General Counsel for Secretly Group from March 2017 to February 2021, overseeing legal and business affairs for various independent record labels. At United Talent Agency from September 2006 to March 2017, Kari worked as a Business Affairs Executive, negotiating agreements for clients in broadcast news and unscripted television. Additional roles include Director of Business Affairs and Legal at iN DEMAND and a Law Guardian Intern at the Legal Aid Society. Kari holds a Juris Doctorate from the University of Florida - Fredric G. Levin College of Law and a BA in English/Creative Writing from Rollins College.
