David Hayes

David Hayes is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in audit, controls, and management systems at CNOOC International since June 2008, where roles have included Senior Manager and Management System Lead. Prior to this, David served as Manager of Canadian Business Performance & Strategic Initiatives at Direct Energy, focusing on KPI reporting and strategic initiatives. David’s career began at Celero Solutions as Manager of Project & Product Support Services, overseeing client management and staff. Academic qualifications include dual MBA degrees from both Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management and Queen's University, as well as a B.Sc. in Computer Science from the University of Calgary.
