Michael Zuo

Michael Zuo is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in financial reporting and assurance services. Currently serving as the Group Financial Reporting and Internal Control Manager at CNOOC International since June 2018, Michael is responsible for preparing financial statements and ensuring statutory compliance. Prior to this role, Michael worked at PwC from October 2015 to June 2018, focusing on financial assurance and accounting advisory services for Australian companies. Michael's earlier experience includes serving as an Assurance Manager at PwC in Hong Kong and mainland China, overseeing audits and advisory services for various enterprises. Additionally, Michael worked at BDO - China Dahua Certified Public Accountants LLP, managing assurance services for projects in both mainland China and Singapore. Michael began a career in finance with an advisory assistant role at Business Essentials (Singapore) Co. Ltd. Michael holds a Diploma in Leadership Training from Stretch Leaders Pty Ltd and a Certificate in Company Law and Australian Tax Law from Curtin University.
