Sean Noe

Sean Noe is an experienced professional in the oil and gas industry, currently serving as the General Manager of Regulatory & Environment within the Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) team at CNOOC International since October 2000. With extensive expertise in Engineering & Construction, Sean has held several key positions including Senior Program Manager, where responsibilities included managing SAGD greenfield projects and overseeing technical services. Previous roles encompass managing quality assurance and project controls, ensuring compliance with specifications, and leading reservoir engineering efforts in various Canadian oil and gas fields. Sean holds two Bachelor of Applied Science degrees from the University of Regina, in Industrial Systems Engineering and a Diploma in Business Administration.
