Una Neves

Una Neves is a seasoned professional in the field of engineering with extensive experience in production and operations. Currently serving as a Senior Production Engineer at CNOOC International since August 2025, Una has held several senior roles, including Senior Engineer in Production Technology at Equinor from November 2019 to September 2025 and Engenheiro de operações at MODEC for a brief period in 2019. Prior experience includes a role as Production/Operation Engineer at PRIO and positions focused on process engineering at Intertechne Modullar Projetos S.A. and DORIS Group. Una began professional training with internships at Baker Hughes, Shell, and Afton Chemical. Educational qualifications include an MSc in Petroleum Engineering from Heriot-Watt University, ongoing postgraduate studies at Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro, a degree in Chemical Engineering from Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro, and a technical diploma in Biotechnology from Instituto de Tecnologia ORT.
