Julia Phipps

Julia (Schneider) Phipps currently serves as the Director of Due Diligence at CNote, a position held since December 2021. Prior to this role, Julia was with the New York City Economic Development Corporation, where responsibilities included serving as Vice President and Assistant Vice President in the Strategic Investments Group from July 2018 to December 2021. Julia's professional background also includes experience as an Associate at H/2 Capital Partners and as an Assistant Vice President and Associate in Credit Risk Management at Deutsche Bank. Julia began their career as a Credit & Portfolio Analyst at Citi and briefly worked as a Risk Control Analyst at UBS. Academic qualifications include a B.A. in Economics with a Minor in Spanish from the University of Chicago, completed in 2012, following studies at Dwight-Englewood School.
