Tamra Thetford

Tamra Thetford is a seasoned professional in impact evaluation and program management, currently serving as Vice President of Impact Evaluation at CNote since September 2021. In this role, Tamra is responsible for designing and implementing an impact results platform to communicate the outcomes of CNote's programs. Prior to this, Tamra held the position of Chief Program Officer at Justine Petersen, where leadership focused on expanding credit building training and enhancing client services across various portfolios. Tamra's earlier experience includes significant roles at The Aspen Institute, where oversight of microenterprise development projects and data collection was paramount, as well as at Weidemann Associates, where contributions included developing performance measurement frameworks and managing international conferences. Tamra earned a B.A. in International Studies from American University and has international educational experience from Ritsumeikan University.
