Matt Arrowsmith

Matt Arrowsmith is an experienced IT professional with a career spanning over 30 years, currently serving as the IT Systems Manager at CNP Santander Insurance since 2019. Previously, Matt held the position of IT Manager at C4X Discovery Ltd, where the role was established for the first time, following a comprehensive IT review. At Airswift, from 2011 to 2016, Matt played a key role in managing the integration of IT services during a significant merger. Earlier experience includes positions as Group IT Manager at Airswift and as a Systems Engineer at Promethean, where responsibilities included server administration and mail system management. Additional roles include Senior Messaging Support Analyst at ITNET and Lotus Notes Manager at Foseco, alongside an early position as Information Manager at Ecorys UK.
