Katherine Groves

Katherine Groves is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in technology leadership and project management within the healthcare and automotive industries. Currently serving as the Director of Information Technology at CNS Healthcare since June 2020, Katherine oversees strategic design, development, and operations for technology systems supporting approximately 400 healthcare staff and over 10,000 persons served. Previously, Katherine held various roles at FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles for over 24 years, including IT Project Manager and Senior Application Specialist, where significant contributions were made in system migrations, compliance, and team management utilizing Agile methodologies. Katherine holds a Master of Science in Computer Science Engineering from Oakland University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science Engineering from Michigan State University.
