Briana Barnes is a seasoned project management professional with extensive experience in quality assurance and project coordination, currently serving as a Senior Project Scheduler at CNSI since September 2017. Responsibilities include leading quality assurance activities for the Electronic Medical Documentation Interoperability initiative, managing program work plans in Microsoft Project, and engaging with a wide range of healthcare stakeholders to improve workflows. Prior to CNSI, Briana held roles at NewWave Telecom & Technologies, Inc., where contributions included supporting the Transformed Medicaid Statistical Information System and analyzing appeals for the Physician Quality Reporting System. With a Master of Business Administration in Organizational Leadership from the University of Maryland Global Campus and a Bachelor's in Healthcare Informatics from St. John's University, Briana possesses a solid academic foundation to complement practical expertise in healthcare project management.
