Donna Morea

Donna Morea is Chair of the CNSI Board of Directors.

Donna is the retired President of CGI Technologies and Solutions, where she led CGI’s multi-billion-dollar IT and business process services in the U.S., Europe, and Asia-Pacific. Her clients included many of the world’s largest and most complex organizations in federal and state and local government; healthcare; and financial services. Prior to that, she served in numerous executive management roles at American Management Systems, which merged with CGI in 2004.

Since 2016, she has served as an Operating Executive at The Carlyle Group, where she serves on the boards of multiple portfolio companies. At Carlyle, she chairs the board of KLDiscovery, (OTCMKTS: KLDI) a leading provider of eDiscovery solutions, and is the lead director of NetHealth, a provider of specialized care software and analytics to the healthcare industry, along with board positions on several other Carlyle portfolio companies.

Donna is also Chair of the board of directors of SAIC (NYSE: SAIC), and Chair of the technology committee of the Truist Financial Corporation Board of Directors (NYSE: TFC). She also serves as Chair of GCOM Software, providing digital government services, software, and analytics to state and local governments.
