Prem Gurnani

Prem Gurnani is a seasoned leader in laboratory operations and diagnostics, currently serving as Sr. Director of Lab Operations and Systems Implementation at CNSide Diagnostics since November 2025. Prior to this role, Gurnani held senior positions at New Day Diagnostics, including Chief Scientific Officer and Vice President of Diagnostics, where responsibilities encompassed scientific direction and clinical strategy through significant corporate changes. As Vice President of Operations at NX Prenatal, Gurnani led clinical study execution and regulatory compliance for maternal-fetal diagnostics. Experience also includes serving as Vice President of Analytic Medicine Operations at BioConnetiX, Chief Technology Officer at Altru Diagnostics, and Vice President at CompanionDx Reference Lab, where revenue growth and operational efficiencies were achieved. Gurnani holds a Master's degree in Biomedical Engineering from UT Southwestern Medical Center/UT Arlington.
