Aakif Sait

Aakif Sait, Assoc. CIPD, is currently the Head of HR Operations at CNTXT, a joint venture focused on digital transformation in the Middle East and North Africa. They previously served as the Head of Personnel at TAQNIA and as a Shared Services Manager at the Research Products Development Company. Earlier in their career, Aakif worked as the Executive Assistant to the Managing Director of Technology Commercialization at Dhahran Techno Valley Company. Aakif holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals and a Diploma in Human Resources Practice from CIPD Qualifications.
