The Legal and Compliance team at CNV is responsible for ensuring adherence to labor laws and social security regulations, providing legal advice on employment matters, and supporting the organization in negotiations for collective bargaining agreements (CAO). Comprising experts in employment and social security law, they offer guidance on workers' rights, facilitate dispute resolution, and ensure that CNV’s policies and practices comply with relevant legal standards.
