Mary Jo Eutsler is an experienced professional with a diverse background in administrative and customer service roles. Currently serving as a Billing Specialist and Scheduling Coordinator at CNY Fertility since March 2021, Mary Jo also holds the position of Membership Experience Advisor at Tampa Metropolitan Area YMCA since January 2018. Previous experience includes work as a Home Loan Specialist at PennyMac Loan Services, LLC, and various roles in the hospitality sector, including HRCC at Hilton and Catering Assistant at Holiday Inn. Early career highlights include serving as Office Manager at Tudor Cay Condominiums and Alafia Mortgage, where responsibilities encompassed management and administrative support. Mary Jo holds an Associate's degree in Liberal Arts from Niagara County Community College and is currently pursuing an Associate's degree in Health Care Administration at Hillsborough Community College.
