Allandra Bulger has been working in the social services industry for over 10 years. Allandra started their career as a Title IV-E Manager at the Juvenile Assessment Center (JAC) in 2009. In this role, they were responsible for managing the Title IV-E Federal Block Grant funding source requests for all committed Wayne County Department of Children and Family Service juveniles. Allandra was also responsible for determining program eligibility in compliance with county, state, and federal regulations and policies.

In 2012, Allandra led a process improvement project from definition through implementation, by reengineering administrative and fiscal controls which resulted in the procurement of $5.6 million in federal reimbursements and increased department revenue.

In 2013, they transitioned to Deputy Director at Detroit Future City where they worked until 2018. During their time at Detroit Future City, Allandra developed and facilitated innovative customized on-site trainings that fostered department reform and increased employee productivity.

Allandra Bulger has a Master of Public Administration (M.P.A.) from Oakland University and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Psychology/Biology from the University of Michigan-Dearborn. Allandra currently works in non-profit/public/organizational management.
