Erik Annis

Erik Annis is a seasoned Senior Lab Planner and Architect currently employed at CO Architects since January 2023, specializing in the planning and design of academic and research laboratory facilities for colleges and universities. Previously, Erik served as a Senior Associate at JMT Architecture from October 2019 to November 2022, and held multiple roles at Gaudreau, Inc. Architects Planners Engineers, focusing on higher education and research laboratory projects from May 2010 to October 2019. Erik's extensive experience in architecture includes project management positions at Crabtree, Rohrbaugh & Associates, RM Sovich Architecture, Grant Architects, and Design Collective, Inc., among others. A Virginia Tech alumnus, Erik holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree earned between 1990 and 1995 and is LEED AP certified.
