Lauren Shaifa is an experienced facility designer currently contracted under CO Architects at Walt Disney Imagineering, where employment began in April 2024. Prior to this role, Lauren served as Designer I at CO Architects from August 2022 and held various positions, including Designer and Architectural Intern at Jacobs from July 2019 to August 2022. Lauren also gained teaching experience as a Teaching Assistant at UCLA Architecture and Urban Design in late 2020 and as Head Teaching Assistant for Architecture + Design at The Kentucky Center's Governor's School for the Arts from June 2017 to July 2018. Early in the career, Lauren worked as an Architectural Intern at Bureau Spectacular and served as Senior Global Ambassador for International Studies Abroad from August 2016 to May 2018. Lauren earned a Master of Architecture from UCLA Architecture and Urban Design and a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture from the University of Kentucky.
