Floriana Aranzi is a seasoned marketing and retail professional with extensive experience in the fashion industry. Currently, Floriana serves as the Marketing and Events Coordinator at Co.As.It. since February 2024, focusing on promotional events. Prior to this role, Floriana held multiple positions at Max Mara Fashion Group from May 2011 to December 2023, including Retail Director and Head of Retail/Marketing, where responsibilities included leading retail operations for 22 stores across Australia and developing strategic initiatives to enhance customer experiences. Floriana also managed retail operations and purchasing for the MAX&Co. brand and supervised a large number of stores in several countries. Earlier experience includes serving as Retail District Manager for Tezenis at Calzedonia Spa, overseeing around 30 stores in Italy and Spain. Floriana holds a Master's degree in International and Diplomatic Sciences from Università degli Studi di Trieste.

Co.As.It.
Co.As.It. Italian Association of Assistance was established in 1968 to promote the Italian language and culture in NSW and to assist the growing number of migrants arriving from Italy. Co.As.It. has grown to offer language classes to adults and children as well as a range of community programs including aged care services. Co.As.It. also runs an independent primary school, the Italian Bilingual School, with the NSW curriculum delivered in Italian and English.
