Owen Brimhall

Owen Brimhall is a seasoned professional in research and development with a diverse background spanning several companies and industries. Currently serving in R&D at Co-Diagnostics, Inc. since August 2023, Owen has been the Founder and Owner of Avanti Innovations since March 2014, specializing in R&D consulting, product innovation, and technology incubation, with key clients including Harman International and EarLens, Inc. Prior roles include Director of Research and Development at IONIQ Sciences, Inc. and Director of Equipment Engineering at HZO, where Owen managed a team focused on high vacuum coating equipment. Experience also includes leadership positions at BioFire Defense, Varian Medical Systems, and Sonic Innovations, among others, with a strong emphasis on product development and management. Owen holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Brigham Young University and has further education from the University of Utah.
