Ron McCabe, PHR, SHRM-CP

Ron McCabe, PHR, SHRM-CP has a diverse work experience spanning over four decades. Ron is currently serving as the Director of People at Co-Diagnostics, Inc. Prior to this, Ron held the position of Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Turning Point Centers from January 2021 to February 2022. Ron also served as the Director of Human Resources at the same company from July 2020 to January 2021.

Ron McCabe's previous roles include Manager of Human Resources and Recruiter (80%) | Human Resources Business Partner (20%) at PRA Health Sciences from November 2016 to December 2019 and November 2016 to October 2017 respectively. Before that, they worked as a Recruiter - Human Resources at G2 Secure Staff from March 2016 to November 2016.

From 2002 to 2015, Ron served as the VP - Compliance Officer at Elwood Staffing Services, Inc., one of the largest staffing firms in the United States. Ron also gained valuable experience as a Command Post Senior Controller in the Utah Air National Guard from 1983 to 2008.

Earlier in their career, Ron held various positions at SOS Employment Group, including Vice President of Training and Administration, Trainer, and Regional Operations Trainer. Ron was responsible for designing and delivering training programs to all levels of the company across multiple states.

Ron began their career in the Vermont Air National Guard as a Command Post Controller, where they received training and certification in air traffic control procedures.

With their extensive experience in human resources, compliance, and training, Ron McCabe brings a wealth of knowledge to their current role as the Director of People at Co-Diagnostics, Inc.

Ron McCabe, PHR, SHRM-CP has a Bachelor's Degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from Excelsior University, which they obtained in 1989. Ron also has an Associate's Degree in Criminology from Brigham Young University - Idaho, which they earned from 1981 to 1983. In terms of high school education, they attended St. Johnsbury Academy in Vermont from 1975 to 1976 and Clovis High School in California from 1973 to 1975.

In addition to their formal education, Ron McCabe has obtained various certifications.
