Ding Xiaolin, a first-level lawyer, obtained the qualification of lawyer in 1988, and started working in Jiangsu Guotai Xinhua Law Firm (formerly Jiangsu Xinhua Law Firm) in 1993 as the principal and director. He has obtained the securities business legal service qualification granted by the China Securities Regulatory Commission and the Ministry of Justice. In 2002, he was named the first well-known lawyer in Jiangsu Province.

Since working as a lawyer, he has handled many major commercial and criminal cases involving suspected refugees. Provided comprehensive legal services to developers in the widely-regarded Shanghai "Land King" retreat, and successfully terminated the land transfer contract; a number of disputes over equity transfers and mining rights transfers have passed the final trial of the Supreme People’s Court, and the entrusting party’s The litigation request was supported and the client’s legal rights and interests were maintained. He has successively provided legal services for various large-scale enterprise groups, listed companies, and institutions, and served as independent director of listed companies such as Bank of Jiangsu.

He is currently an arbitrator of Nanjing Arbitration Commission.
