Adela Grigoriu

Adela Grigoriu is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in the business sector. Currently serving as Managing Partner and CEO at Co-Factor since April 2012, Adela leads a creative technology company in Romania focused on enhancing employee engagement and performance through an innovative Employee Centric Platform. Additionally, as Co-founder of Code of Talent since November 2017, Adela has contributed to developing a digital platform that offers an engaging learning experience and high training ROI. Previous roles include Key Account Manager Corporate Business and MBC Sales Manager at JW Marriott Bucharest Grand Hotel from 2000 to 2009, where Adela successfully managed key accounts and sales efforts. Adela holds a degree from Academia de Studii Economice din București, completed in 1998.
