Co-founders is a strategic thinking partner for companies looking to grow and change.

We translate human insights into meaningful cultures, brands, and products utilizing our Life-centric® approach.

The Co-founders journey began in 2016, when our founder Ia decided to build the ideal consultancy she would have needed as an executive herself. That drive and our founding principles still define our work today.
