Aaron Bradshaw Cem, Rep

Aaron Bradshaw, CEM, REP has a wealth of experience in various executive roles. Aaron is currently the Chief Executive Officer at Co-Mo Electric Cooperative, Inc. since 2018. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Executive Officer at Intercounty Electric Cooperative Association from 2013 to 2018. Before entering the electric cooperative industry, Aaron held the position of VP of Member Services at CHELCO from 2000 to 2013. In this role, they oversaw various departments such as Marketing, Communications, Member Service, Economic Development, Human Resources, and Training & Safety. Additionally, they have also served as the VP of Marketing at OTC Conventions from 1996 to 2000.

Aaron Bradshaw, CEM, REP, has a solid education and certification background. Aaron graduated from the University of Mississippi in 1995 with a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree, specializing in Business Administration. After a gap in education, they enrolled in the NRECA Management Internship Program (MIP) at the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2005 and completed it in 2006.

Additionally, Aaron Bradshaw has obtained several certifications related to energy and management. In October 2005, they attained the Certified Energy Manager (CEM) certification from the Association of Energy Engineers. In December 2014, they further enhanced their expertise by earning the Certified Demand Side Management Professional certification, also from the Association of Energy Engineers. Continuing their dedication to professional development, Aaron obtained the Renewable Energy Professional (REP) certification in May 2017, again from the Association of Energy Engineers.
