Andrew Hollins is an accomplished professional in the field of people operations with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as People Operations Manager at Co-op Live since January 2024, Andrew previously held the position of Project Lead - People Operations at Absolute Taste from November 2021 to January 2024. Earlier roles include Head of Operations at Arc Recruitment Solutions and a series of managerial positions at Arc Hospitality Recruitment, spanning from Regional Manager to Consultant. Andrew began the career as Senior Supervisor/Manager at NOSH RETAIL. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Geography from Sheffield Hallam University, attained between 2009 and 2013, and completed education at Liverpool Blue Coat School from 2002 to 2009.
