Alan Smith

Alan Smith is an experienced Food Operations Manager at The Co-operative Group, responsible for overseeing 16 stores, including two petrol forecourts and one Post Office, since March 1993. Previous roles include Operations Manager with full P&L control, talent management, coaching and development of management teams, and ensuring legal compliance and health and safety for colleagues and customers.
