Alex Cunningham is an experienced professional with a robust background in franchise management and operations. Currently serving as the Scaling Franchise Lead at Co-op since April 2016, Alex leads a comprehensive program aimed at accelerating franchise growth through initiatives such as CRM tool design and headless EPOS solutions. Prior roles include managing strategic franchise relationships as a Lead Account Manager and overseeing store operations in Merseyside & West Lancashire, achieving significant turnover. Alex's leadership extends to founding Co-op’s DE&I network "Strive," and being recognized with multiple awards, including "Customer Service Agent of the Year." With a Bachelor's degree in International Events Management from The University of Salford, complemented by studies at the University of Canberra, Alex demonstrates a commitment to customer service excellence and operational efficiency across various industries.
