Andy Young is an experienced engineering professional, currently serving as an Engineering Manager at Co-op since June 2022. Prior to this role, Andy held various positions at Sky from September 2015 to June 2022, including Software Engineering Manager, Scrum Master/Agile Coach (Chapter Lead), and Software Engineer. Andy gained valuable experience at Hermes between November 2010 and September 2015, working as a Principal Software Engineer/Scrum Master, Development Team Lead/Scrum Master, and Developer. Earlier in the career, Andy worked as a Software Developer at Rolls-Royce from June 2007 to July 2008. Andy holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from the University of Nottingham, earned between 2005 and 2009.
