Claire Brooder has extensive experience in various roles within the Co-op, starting as a Store Supervisor and advancing to the position of In Store Radio Manager, overseeing the Co-op Channel, which serves over 17.5 million customers weekly. In multiple capacities, including Ast Instore Design Manager and Instore Communications Manager, Claire has effectively delivered national campaign communications and collaborated with internal teams to ensure messaging integration. Claire's background also includes managing production and implementation of promotional materials, technical design for store acquisitions, and significant contributions to store refits. Prior experience at Tesco involved completing a store management training project while obtaining a degree in Computing for Business and E Commerce from Robert Gordon University.
