Dave Cooper

Dave Cooper is an experienced Learning and Development professional with a comprehensive background spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Learning Content Designer Lead at Co-op since October 2016, Dave leads the creation of innovative learning solutions and supports colleagues in alignment with a digital-first L&D strategy. Previous roles include Learning Experience Designer and Learning and Development Consultant within Co-op, and a Learning and Development Adviser at the University of Warwick, where support was provided for 1500 staff members. Dave has also served as a Learning & Development Consultant at NEC Group, Training Manager for the Olympic Park during the London 2012 Games, and a Learning and Development Advisor at Vodafone, focusing on innovative training solutions across various sectors.
