James Carter

James Carter has extensive experience in property management and development, beginning as a Graduate Trainee at Weatherall Green & Smith from 1989 to 1992. Following that role, James served as Property Manager at Somerfield from 1992 to 2000 and later at Plymouth & South West Co-operative Society Ltd from January 2000 to September 2009. James held various positions at Co-op from September 2021 to January 2022, including Acquisitions & Development Manager, Senior Asset Manager, Regional Portfolio Manager, and Development Manager. James holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Bath, earned between 2005 and 2008, and a BSc in Land Management with a 2.1 from The University of Reading, completed from 1986 to 1989.
